Tire Cords

Range of Nylon, Polyester, Rayon Tire Cords are manufactured using high tenacity spin draw yarn

Nylon 6 & Nylon 66 Greige & Dipped Fabric
( 420/1, 630/1, 840/1, 840/2, 1260/2, 1260/3, 1680/2, 1890/2, 1890/3, 2520/2, 2835/2, Denier construction.

Polyester Tire Cord Fabric
(1000/2, 1000/3, 1300/2, 1500/2 Denier constructions).

MITL also has the facility to produce Tire Cords in multiple plies with the ability to produce single yarn upto 3000d.

Tire Chafers

MITL manufactures both Wicking and Non - Airxicking proof types of Chafers used in normal and tubeless tyres respectively.

Brown and Black Chafer

Our fabric weights from 85gsm to 400gsm and is 100 to 160cms in width. The construction of the Fabrics are available in Multi / Mutli and Mono / Mono yarns.

Available in Fringe Selvedge or Cut and Heat Sealed Selvedge
